Mine opened up very quickly, but my CUC knocked them off my frag rack and onto my LPS :( Most of the sellers corals are maricultered and don't do too well in the long term, but if you have a healthy system and know the signs of a stressed coral and know what to do then you should be good, best of luck.

So if this is true, how come the seller still has a 100% rating? Next time be honest in your assessment while doing feedbacks so others can be warned. Doesn't help to give him positive feedback and then come on here saying OP made a mistake.

OP - They look good to me :)

That's what I can't figure out, Iv heard from many they had a bad experience but yet the vendor has perfect feedback with thousands of sales lol.

Yep.

I know before the seller can retaliate and give the buyer a negative feedback just because they gave the seller one first but now the seller cannot do that.

My chalices I got from him did so/so long term, two did very well, the others were marginal. All of my SPS I got from him did great for about a month then all died off even though all my other SPS was fine. Just my experience.

reefrottie must have been something wrong with your tank because if they made it for a month and all sudden died. i think its something on your end dude.

Actually that may not be the case. Corals seem to have a store of energy they can use when acclimating to a new environment. So coral deaths usually aren't immediate unless something is HORRIBLY wrong.

+1 if it lasted a month it's something on his end for sure no doubt about it.

Yeah, ik but people said its not true idlk how. if my coral dies a month later the last thing im gonna think of is its my lfs fault.

I'm just giving my experience. One by one the Rtn'd over the course of a month, some right away. I didn't lose any of the SPS that were already in my tank. IDK, not blaming him, just saying what happened to me.

im sure with the correct tank this great looking zoa will do fine.

awesome pick up!

+1000 I lost half of my order of zoas (about 4 of 8 plugs) when I ordered. Melted in 1-3 days and all fresh cut and NOT wysiwyg even if listed as such

yea I ordered with Mr coral once and that was enough for me. The mushroom I bought came in and was the size square inside the home button on an iphone. then the zoas i bought where about the size of a BB each. fresh cut babies he sends. the acro I bought was fresh cut and didnt even stay on the frag and was probably 1/4" or less and the acan was also fresh cut baby heads. I lost most of it due to being fresh cut not glued right and being so small once it popped off the plug it was lost forever in system. the paly looks great in that photo but dont be surprised when you get 1 or 2 that are the size of a BB and dont look as good
