Juvenile blue tang with 2 YT?

The BT will be of the typical LFS size of around 2". The 2 YT are of different sizes and the bigger one being about 3.5". This will be in a 4' 120g.

Different genus, different shape, different color. Should be okay, but you never know until you try.

Depends on the YT. Some are super aggressive with anything they deem competition. My YT still harasses my powder blue every day. To help fight this aggression I taped a bunch of mirrors to the glass of the tank. It made the aggressive fish think there were exact replicas of themselves running around and this gave some respite to for my powder blue. I do this everytime I introduce a new fish and I call it "shock and awe"

I wouldn't recommend either a pacific or an atlantic blue tang for a 120.

I owned 1 before but it was much larger and wasn't bothered by any other fish. I read that survival rate of juvenile BTs is not that great since they're quite shy at that age and can easily succumb to ich.

I only have 3 fish in my new tank, but they happen to be 2 yellow tangs and a tiny blue hippo tang. I added the two yellow tangs first. The larger one keeps the smaller one in check, but nothing crazy. I added the tiny blue tang and they couldn't care less. All three were quarantined. I just posted a video on my thread if you are curious to see.

For your 120, personally I would just go with 1 of each though.

I realized you were on SCR after I posted hehe good luck with your build. My last tank was a 4' 120. I would just go with those two tangs... yellows are good for algae so I always have had one. Did you end up buying a tank? You should start a build thread.

Yep, I picked up a running SCA 120g that came with everything, even the fish. Yea I'm stuck with whatever it came with but I can always sell and upgrade to what I want in the future. Since it was just a breakdown and resetting everything back up there's not much to make a build thread on.
