K1 Nano break in skimmer

Hey guys need a little help just bought the k1 Nano skimmer and have micro bubbles everywhere is this normal for the break in process?

With most, if not all skimmers when new will do this. How bad is the bubbles?

There not to bad. I'm using nutri sea water and live sand and the tank is a week old. And do you want the air valve open all the way on the skimmer because if I close it it tends to foam more and fill up the cup very fast

And I was reading on new tank and a new skimmer that the bubbles will go over time is this true?

Sometimes it takes longer. I'm not familiar with the skimmer you have. Maybe someone will chime in that has one.

Love that skimmer. Mine took just a few days to settle in. I only see bubbles if I have it open too far.

Yeah the bubbles were definitely better this morning. It seems to be running good. Nothing in the cup but I think that's because there no fish just live sand love rock and nutri sea water.

Bubbles just seem to not want to go away does it take awhile for the micro bubbles to stop coming from the protein skimmer i should probably be patient right lol?
