I recently purchased 2 K7 pro III lights.
I received a power cord with adapter for uae in US. But this solution has no ground. Can I use a US power cord with ground?

Can I use this US 3 prong grounded cord instead?

you must have got the wrong plug. Mine came with the last photo you posted. Basically a PC power cord

I received 2 boxes with wrong power plug and want to use a grounded plug because I get spark when plugging light into outlet.

It looks like you received the wrong power cord. Before switching the cords, or using the light at all, I would post a picture of your power supply and wait on a response by Noopsyche. With it looking like you received the wrong power cord I would be concerned that you also received the wrong power supply. In the US the normal power outlets are 120v but that is not true everywhere else in the world, and much of the world uses 220v main power.

This is the power supply I received

From the input on the PS it looks like they may use the same power supply for every country since the input range is 100-240v.
I would just use the normal us power cord and not worry about it.

It looks like Chinese version. 220V.
