what light settings should I use for around 5 acros, a zoa, Goni booger, rock nem, Monti, and a frogspawn?

just asking if there are any other recommendations just incase(YES IK, HE HAS A VET BADGE, I trust him fully, just wanna see if other opinions are out there)
