hello everyone and thanks for help in advance

I have a 80 gallon with a 25 gallon sump so total water volume minus rock and sand is right around 70 it has quite a bit of sps frags which this tank will be primarily sps. I checked all peramiters and 10 days ago my all was 9.3 dkh and today is was 7.7 so I figured my tank was consuming .16 dkh a day so I went to reef calculator since I was going to start dosing Kalk with a BRS 1.1 Doser and I figured I needed .32 liters of Kalk which would 320 ML of Kalk a day so I set my Doser with my apex controller to dose
Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/008:20/051:40 Then ON
If pH > 8.35 Then OFF
so every hour it doses for 8.2 minutes
what I was wondering is this enough of saturated Kalk because I read where randy suggested about the dose should be about 1% of tank volume which would be closer to 3/4 of a gallon or 2650.00 ML per day little help appreciated

You are doing it the way I would do it. Perform the calculation and then set up the dosing based on what you calculated. Test regularly (at least daily) to verify that your tank is responding how you expect it to.
