it would increase it. You want to mix it into the bulk water rapidly.

Yeah typically that is what I have done. I have a filter sock that I only run once in a while. But where the kalk doses in is where the sock hole is.

Maybe I’ll watch my alk when I take off the sock

I don’t see any reason to do it, and see reasons to not do it.

Ok. Was just thinking because it’s a higher flow area that would help.
