I'm looking to setup an Avast Marine Kalkstirrer and use a versa (assuming I can find one) to continuously drip Kalk throughout the day. I have about 165 gallons of water and I'm using ~95ml of soda ash and 95ml of CA per day (BRS 2 part). I'm having a hard time understanding how this will relate to the Kalk saturation. Is there a calculator that will tell me if I will still need 2 part and if so, how much? I would rather not just guess and adjust. Does that make sense?

First you don't need a kalk stirrer, save your dough. I believe the main benefit to a stirrer is if you want to concentrate past 2tsp/gal, it will stir up the excess powder that cannot dissolve or at least that's what I suspect, never had one.

Regardless, you can make a saturated kalk solution in a bin with loose lid or very small hole to allow a little air, a crust to form on top, dose from below, manually stir when you make it, then never stir again. I would start with 1 or 1.5 tsp/gal (max is 2), dose, test. If you have moderate demand you should probably keep the ash and cacl and just drip the kalk for a small Ca, alk, and pH bump, that was your intention right?

I'd just start slow with 1 tsp/gal then dose 1.6 gal/day. Then up it to 1.5 tsp/gal, and if you still want more 2 tsp/gal which again is the max you can dissolve. You'll fill your ATO less frequently too. Play with those numbers as you like, key is starting low and going slow.
