Hi,

Would it be safe to dose 1600ml/24h into 165 litres @ 133.3ml every 2 hours without spiking the ph? My doser only allows for 12 x additions so this is the best way to spread it over 24 hours.

Does your doser just 'shoot it in' all at once - or slowly over each 2 hour period. Assuming your calculations are correct?

A lot of people find using Kalkwasser is 'easiest' by using top off water as compared to a doser due to plugging.

Yes.

The pH rise from adding that kalkwasser volume at once is less than 0.1 pH unit. Just be sure it mixes in quickly because locally the pH will be higher as it is being added.
