Kalkwasser dripper not siphoning.

Can anyone explain why my diy kalk dripper is not siphoning?

I blow into the tube and what ends up happening is the water slowly stops dripping within 10 seconds or so.

what am I doing wrong here?

try raising the jar higher. The blue hose is bending out in the sink, its not enough pull to maintain the syphon.

Is the jar, airtight? It shouldn’t be sealed 100%

That might be the problem. Air might be able to escape from where the nuts are or even somewhere else. Im trying my best to seal everything with silicone atm
