Kalkwasser Question PH too high?

Hi Guys,
I'm thinking of installing the kalkwasser reactor so supplement the cal and alk. I'm currently doing it with 2 part.
I have been reading the the kalk raises PH but my PH is already high at 8.3 - 8.5
Can you go to high with PH? What is the ideal level?

Yes you can go to high.. 8.3-8.5 is amazing without kalk and most people strive for that including myself.. kalk will raise your ph to a degree and most people use it just as a ph buffer although it works great as a 2 part supplement.

Yes you can; 8.5-6 is the top end; consider dosing kalk off the light schedule.
