Kalkwasser question

I am using Kalk in my ato in a biocube 29. I use about 5 gallons/week. I am using 1.5tsp/5gal. When I make up a new batch I just add 5 gallons to the vessel and add the Kalk/ mix/ let it settle for several hours then turn the ato back on. Is this ok?

Yes,that is fine, as long as the ATO adds it reasonable slowly.
