Randy,

Could I filter out the slurry using like filter pad like the filter sock 200 micron? I was thinking 1 day After make the solution I transfer from 1 container to the other using filter pad.

Secondly, any issue if I make solution for 1-2 wks at a time?

After 24 h, most of the time covered limewater is settled and clear, so should not need any filtering.

I make up a months worth at a time, so as long as it is closed (like a top on a trash can) then it will be OK.

Thanks Randy, your feedback really helpful as usual.

To confirm, if I make the Kalk solution in 5 gallon container at least 1-2 days before I connect it with my Tunze ATO, I don't have to worry about any suspended matters (I could not see whether I have any or not since it's cloudy solution). I can just drop in my submerge pump into the 5 gallon container.
