Hi I am wondering is food grade calcium carbonate is equal to Kalkwasser? The only reason I ask is good grade calcium carbonate costs 50% less than the brand name Kalkwasser and in some cases approx 500% cheaper. Let me know because I'm sure everyone would like to know. See bellow pictures of prices in Australia. That's 20kg vs 2kg ( picture below)

Calcium hydroxide sorry. Same product as kalkwasser but is there a difference?

It is the same thing. Calcium Hydroxide = Calcium Hydroxide, regardless of the branding.
