Just curious does any dose Kalkwasser in the ato that looks like the picture. this is my second batch I made I chucked out the first it's been well over 24 hours since mixing and it just won't settle I'm not disturbed it mixed and let it be. Iv used table spoon in 20 liters as I want to slowly work my way up. Can't find much on the internet. And it's starting to drive me insane.

Correction I used a teaspoon

Sometimes it takes a long time to settle. 24 h is adequate even if slightly cloudy still. Also, if it is open topped it may stay cloudy from CO2 entering and causing calcium carbonate precipitation.

@Randy Holmes-Farley I started using Kalkwasser in a 5 gallon ATO and mixed up the initial amount. My question I have is about topping off my ATO after usage. If I'm using a 1 TSP/gallon mixture, and my ATO gets down to 2 gallons and I want to top it off, is it as simple as adding 3 TSP to the 3 gallons I'm putting back in. I'm confused about the Kalk that is settled on the bottom in the ATO from the previous batch, over the long haul will that become a problem?

Yes.

The solids settled on the bottom are probably not mostly unused calcium hydroxide since at your dose it will dissolve, but unusable calcium carbonate from reacting with air. I'd just ignore it for a good while.
