Kameor X-1 dosing pump failing

I have had the Kameor dosing pump for about 7 months now, it recently started to not dose at the scheduled time and occasionally the status led would be flashing red (indicating that it hasn’t been synced with a phone) as soon as I open the app (x1 pump) it stops flashing red. I have tried everything with no hope. This is getting very frustrating since I now have difficulty maintaining my parameters. Also if this has any significance it’s the D-D version labeled as the p-1 pump , but as far as I can tell it’s only the look that is different than the normal X-1 pump, even both use the same app.

Have you check with CoralVue support about this? I think they are a distributer for Kamoer.
