Kamikaze Clown Fish?

I woke up today to one of three things...

1). My clown Fish did his Japanese Zero imitation and flew directly into the mouth of an Acan.
2). My clown fish really likes hosting in an Acan from the inside.
3). My Clown fish passed away from natural causes and drifted into the mouth of a Cannibal Acan.

Which do you think it is?

Id say 1 would be the most realistic. How would he just float into the mouth of the acan? Not too sure about that

He was most likly dieing and the acan graded him my elegance did the same thing to my mandrin

more likely you have/had some other issue or disease! how long did you have these fish? were they QTd? any other inhabitants?

I added them first about a month ago. I also have 7 other fish and two shrimp along with the coral and anemones. All my levels are perfect or near perfect along with water changes. Only lost the clowns. And no they weren't quarantined.
