As of yesterday, I tried to access my Kamoer app to change my dosing schedule. I have not updated the app but I’m getting this and unable to access my dosing pump. Anyone else having this problem? Or a solution?

Can't speak for op but mine is the Pro and I've had no issues since I hooked it up. I'm hesitant to delete the app and redownload. I know I've been on the app within the last week with no problems.

Hi,

My standard x1 dosers and app are working. If you wanted to change your program and can’t get in, mabye just delete and reload the app and unplug the dosers? Not sure. Did not even know about the Pro version.

Mine is the F4 PRO. I desperately need to get into the app and I can’t. It’s just the advertisement that takes me to a Chinese website

I have the F4 regular version and my app is working fine. I think it’s a different app though. You could try downloading it’s app and see if it sees your pump. If you search Kamoer on your AppStore the pick dosing pump 2.

That’s the one I’ve been using.

My APP stopped working and showed the X1 pro app in Chinese. Had to delete app and download again to get it to work.

Same here, deleted the app and downloaded again. Working fine now.

I went to adjust my F4 today and cannot access it as well. I updated the app, my ios, reset the router, reset the pump and no luck. The only thing stopping me from deleting the app and trying to reinstall is I really don't remember how much I was dosing. I take it the pump itself does not store this information only the app?

I think the pump remembers. The only reason I say this is that I installed the app on my iPad as a backup (I mainly use it with my phone) and it knew the dosing amounts. The pump names, reservoir sizes, and % remaining did not come over to the new app install but the dosing numbers did.

I ended up loosing all my information but at least I got the pump working again. What a headache. The doser itself is amazingly accurate but I hate the app so much. Why someone doesn't make a dosing pump with a separate control panel is beyond me. Something like this shouldn't need constant updates to do the exact same thing.

So I set it back up to roughly what I was dosing and I'll let it run like that for a few days and do some daily testing at the same time to get back on track. Not too worried but a bit of an extra pain after spending a couple hours getting it going again.

Well that's a good reminder for me to write down my doser settings, gonna go do that right now...

Same problem again, only a few months later. I wish there was a desktop program to control the dosing that never required updating. Eventually long before this pump stops working I suspect it will no longer be supported and will have to be tossed. Everything is still dosing as per my old schedule, but I need to make an adjustment and instead of taking 5 seconds it's going to be 1hour or more of troubleshooting...

Are you on Android or Apple? I haven’t ever had this problem, but once again you have reminded me to record my settings... I can’t recall this app ever asking for an update on my iOS devices.

Apple, my ios is out of date. I see the Kamoer app itself hasn't had an update in 6 months but in the past there were updates. Something is stopping it from connecting I have no idea what. I have a 2.4 ghz router specifically for aquarium stuff and other random things that need to connect to them.

I managed to connect directly to the dosing pump and it saved my dosing settings, which I promptly took a screenshot of. I also adjusted the schedule there and I'm going to try using it this way. I just need to verify it's still dosing no longer connected to my network.

It's so frustrating I can't just open the app and adjust the settings. I really like the dosing pump, every time I've calibrated it's been spot on, programming it is another thing..

Revisiting this thread. For the past several weeks I've been unable to log-in to my Kamoeor account on my Android app using my phone number. Anyone else? The app indicates that my password needs reset, but a sms verification code doesn't get sent to my phone. I contacted one of their distributors, CoralVue, who acknowledged the problem, but could only recommend I use my email address to log-in. Unfortunately, that would require resetting my devices and adding them to an account with my email. Any other ideas? Seems unacceptable for a company that so many of us purchase from. This will definitely impact my future buying decisions.
