Kamoer Dosing Pump doesn't suck

I purchased a Kamoer STP continuous dosing pump to go with my new calcium reactor. I finally got around to setting everything up, but I am not having luck with my dosing pump. I have tried tightening it, I replaced the hard plumbing lines with soft silicone lines, and even tried switching the intake and outbound lines.

Is there something I'm missing? I've reached out to BRS, where I purchased it, but it's Sunday. If this is a user error issue, I'm all ears.
