My Kamoer F1 is scheduled to add .1 ml of Alkalinity every hour. It does the proper doses sometimes and sometimes it doses double even though its not programmed to do so. It does it randomly so I can not figure out just how much it is going to add each day. Its a total disaster waiting to happen. I have tried uninstalling, deleting, re-installing, resetting, etc etc, nothing is fixing it. I have several of them installed and they all are randomly adding doses all over the place, is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix? Thanks everyone

Mine is doing the same thing, extra doses popping up all over the place, sometimes adding over double per day than what is programed. I told customer service about it and opened a problem ticket with them. They asked me several questions and wanted details and pictures and documents about what is happening and after investigating and problem solving they said that they are aware of this issue and they are hoping to fix the bug in the firmware sometime down the road but as of so far they do not have a fix for them. I believe that all of the F1's have this problem. In my opinion they should pull all of them off the shelves until either, when, or if they have a properly dosing product that will not end up killing everything in your tank. There seems to be no warning at all of when the F1 decides to throw an extra 4 or 5 or 20 extra doses in on you with no warning at all. I really want to use these dosers so I really hope that they really are working on a fix and I hope that it doesnt take them years to finally fix them. Fingers crossed on a fix in the future.

attached is the response that they just sent me today.........

Do you know if this was ever fixed. About to pull the trigger on the F1 but might go for the X1 Pro instead if this is an ongoing issue.
