Kamoer F4 Pro Dosing Pump

Does anyone know WHAT app this doser uses on Google Play? I scanned the QR Code as well as searched in the Play store and there are a list of Kamoer products...but specific to this doser...

I just purchased this on Aquacave coz I guess I am a sucker for pretty equipment and will be receiving it in a couple of days. I believe this is the US version of the DD H2Ocean dosing pump which is available in Europe, which was jointly developed by DD and Kamoer. It looks the same except the branding and labels.

Does anyone use one of these and give me their opinion? If not, I will post my review once I have it running.

I tried that, however this is the list of items APPS that comes up....Also according to Coralvue in a reply to a comment I sent them on their YouTube page, they said they have reached out to the manufacture regarding the situation...

Thx for your reply. I have the latest edition...running on Samsung S9+. Akso just received an answer from CoralVue who also said there was an issue and reached out to the manufacturer...see screenshot; I now have the App with this direct download/update they dent.

Hooked up a DD branded one today - app via QR code included in the box.
Only hiccup was it took till about the 4th attempt for it to connect to the wifi (Asus router with both 2.5 + 5).
Powered on/off the doser a couple of times & closed reopened the app a couple & it finally done its thing & connected up.
Seems a nice bit of kit,shall have to see how it goes for reliability.
Since the initial setup connection connecting to it seems to be no issue

A warning about this software. It will continuously try to prompt you to gain access to location/ make calls, access phone #'s, access pictures and videos. This is a sign of user data collection; very bad practices. I would make sure to quarantine this app or use an old phone to access the software

The software also requires you to manually entire you SSID and network password. I would consider setting a temporary network password while configuring this device

I just hooked mine up and am having a similar firmware issue. It tries to update and gets to 99% but then seems like the app hangs.

Yeah it always does that, even if you’ve already updated, I always say cancel, and try updating every once in a while.

Trying to get through the binding process... It says it connects but when I click start to use to bind it, I get this.

have tried to power cycle the unit several times, force quitting the app, ect.. anyone run into this before?

I donot use the Kamoer containers. The app calculates how much volume is left over based on your initial volume and daily dosing, so I don’t see a point anyway. I don’t think there are ports for the containers cables.

well thats how it should work right? it takes the measurement lets say 1000 ml when you set it up.. then as you use it you will get to see as it goes down. question is does the doser have the jack ports for the float switches?
