I have a problem taking the heads off my unit. I unscrewed the #2 Allen screw and the head seems to be stuck, I've trie pliers and still a no go. Anyone with this unit ever have the same problem? Please chime in.

That’s a bummer. But typically with set screws like that, you do not need to remove the screw completely. Just back it off a couple of turns so it is no longer clamping down on the shaft. Then you should be able to pull the head off.

Yup, done that. It just doesn't come off

I have had the same issue with mine. The roller head doesn't even seem like it loosens from the motor shaft.

+1. Mine has been in use a little over 6 months and there was some junk on the rollers. Thought I'd take it off and clean them when I just replaced the tubing, the head wouldn't budge. I tried prying on it but stopped short of grabbing a pliers, didn't want to damage it or the housing.

Try 2 screwdrivers on opposite sides & work your way around.
Short of a bearing puller that's all I have.

Did you guys buy the 1st batch? Mine was bought in Aug 2018

Seems like this pump doesn't like the moist marine environment.

I got the one in use at the end of July. The first one I got in mid-July was received with a broke tensioner and was replaced by BRS.
Kinda wondering what I'm going to do now.

I fired up the CARX in early September, so I'm right at 6 months of usage.

Mine has been great for a little over as year now. This weekend decided to organize all wires so moved and unplugged a few things, set everything back up look fine. Next day I notice no output from Kamoer. Tried just repriming it with no success.

I haven’t changed tubing since I got it so did that. Once that was done the roller would spin for a few minutes and then just stop and make crazy noice. Turn off and on, same thing. Did this every few minutes for a good 2 hours. Shut it down and ordered a new roller next day. I get it tomorrow. Well see what happens.

BTW- I had the first Kamoer continuous duty that came out a few years ago, and it was a good workhorse. I continue to think Kamoer has the right product.
