Kamoer FX-STP WiFi vs Non-WiFi

I had the previous model and didn’t have any issues. Has anybody here played with both yet? Any problems with the WiFi version? Any connectivity issues?

Not yet, waiting on Geo 818. Hopefully it ships next week.

don’t have the WiFi version but it works like a champ. Glad it’s in the closet cause of the noise but I love it

My old version was solid for the time I had it.

I’ve had the non wifi and I currently run the wifi version. Basically the same pump but the wifi version is nice being able to control it while away from the tank.

Great because they discontinued the old one and I thought you couldn't manually control this new one, but I hear you can. Is this true? I just ordered it the day after I posted this thread.

I heard people were only having connection issues if the 5 and 2.4 were using the same SSID.

yes you can manually control. i have the new one.

You can control it manually! I hate the setup and instructions but once you get it done, it works well!
