Kamoer KH Carer PH Sensor Error

Does anyone know how to address Kamoer Carer alkalinity tester error message: "PH Sensor Error: -0006" or know how to reach support for Kamoer? I have replaced the ph sensor and calibrated twice, still getting the same error.

I believe it’s Coralvue that supports this device. I’d try that first.

KH Carer PH Sensor Error

On the physical unit it red my Carer reads: PH Sensor Error: -0006 This happened after ph calibration. I ran a test and it seems within correct parameters. Any ideas?
