Kamoer noise... anyone satisfied?

It sounds like motor whine, if you press on the bracket holding the tips in on the left it calms down a little.

I tried tightening up the screws but it didn’t help.

I think the noise I'm hearing is the pulse width modulation driver feeding the motor. I tried pickup up the unit and holding it to dampen vibrations and see it if got quieter. It didn't. For purchasing a new product, I can plainly say that I'm not going to take it apart or otherwise try and "fix" what Kamoer sold as new. Vender has responded with a call tag. Going back today. I'll have to find something more suitable for this purpose. I hate to buy used because. you surely don't know what you're getting there.

Where specifically do you add the grease? Mine squeaks and I didn’t see anything in the instructions as to where the grease should be added. Thanks

Not sure if you have found the problem or not, but here is my 2 cents, i have similar problem with my kamoer sf stp as well, the reason is the 2 ball bearing inside the motor go bad, just replace them and it should work as expected
