Kamoer stp wifi

Hi all I just got a used calcium reactor and will be hopefully hooking it up soon and looking to get a feed pump for it . I was going to get the kamoer stp wifi is there much difference between the older one and the wifi ? I have been trying to find a used one but no luck I was hoping to save a little money but not to sure if it’s worth it and just buy new

I have the older one and like it. I think the only difference is the wifi. Did the price go up on the new one? It was about $200 when I bought mine. It was on sale, might have been a little less.

I have the non WiFi version and mine has a lot of bugs. Sometimes it won’t dose at the scheduled time, have a 10 minute dosing delay, or randomly disconnect. Almost crashed my tank once after discovering that it hasn't been dosing for a whole week. Other users on the forum have reported similar issues several times.

so it might be better just to spend the extra and buy the new wifi?
