Kamoer X1 Dosing pump issues

I’m in the process of testing this dosing pump out, I’ve updated all the software, calibrated it, and I set a schedule to dose 2ml three times per day. For some reason, it’s only dosing 4.5ml per day, total. Is there something I’m missing? I attached the dosing plan that I’m using.

Can anyone help me, please?

I have the X1 and the dosing is very accurate. You may want to recalibrate and make sure that there is no air in the line. If that still doesn't work you may want to reach out to [email protected] for further support. Good luck!

How often do you calibrate yours? I calibrated mine like 4 times before I set up the dosing schedule, then tried calibrating it after, but still get the same results. I’m going to try deleting the schedule, calibrate, set the schedule, then calibrate it again. If that doesn’t work I’ll contact coralvue.

I probably don't calibrate it as often as I should, but I really haven't seen much (if any) variation over time. It took a bit to get it set up, calibrated, etc. but then it has worked great since. Hopefully you will have a similar experience soon!
