Kamoer X1 Pro T Stepper Stops Dosing

Hey All,

Im having a problem with one of my Kamoer Pro T stepper pumps. I’ve tried reaching out to CoralVue and Kamoer but haven’t received any responses.

when I use the KamoerRemote app and use “manual” mode to dose something like 500ml, the pump starts no problem but eventually just stops about half way through. The app however continues to count down the remaining dosage as if it thinks the pump is still dosing.

if I cancel the dosing on the app and then attempt to start it again, the pump kicks on like normal but repeats the same behaviour.

has anyone seen this behaviour with the Pro T or any other Kamoer pump?

I realize this isn’t much to go on but I’m not sure what else to do without a response for CoralVue or KamoerRemote

any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Sounds like the heat from continuous dosing is binding up the head... I'd take it apart and possible change the tubing out in the head.

Thanks for the reply @jgirardnrg, I should have mentioned, the pump is brand new and have only been using it for a few days so not sure if that’s the issue but would be extremely concerned if it was.
Regardless I’ll take a look at the pump head on the inside just to be sure

Sounds like possibly a bad pump. Where did you purchase it?

It’s the app, it’s very buggy, it does it on my 2 brand new fx-stp pumps to, everything is new and spinning correctly
