Kamoer X1 Pro2 "Connect to Controller"?

Hello Everyone,
So today I was doing some maintenance on my Kamoer X1 Pro2. When I went into settings I saw a new setting "Connect to Controller"!

This setting is not in the Manual.

When you click on it there is a QR Code. Anyone know what this is for?

Interesting stuff. I've been happy with my Kamoer doser and ATO. An affordable controller would be a welcome addition.
