I have two pumps running on schedules that consistently lose time. That is, they're supposed to run at 2:05, 4:05, 6:05 etc, but as time goes on, they fall further and further behind schedule. Today, for example, they're running at XX:23. I think it took them about a week to get there since the last time I reset them. When I go to the Time Setting setting, the app time, firmware time and the actual time are all the same, however, hitting the time sync button will get them back on track (temporarily). Also, I find it odd that they both lose time, but both still run at exactly the same time. So, today they'll run at XX:05, a few days later they'll both run at XX:08 and so on, but always both running simultaneously. Either they're both losing track of time at the exact same rate, or they're both getting incorrect updates from the same source telling them when to run, though I assumed after setting them up, they handled the schedule internally.

Any thoughts on that?

Get them both a watch !!! :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes: Or call the manufacturer and see if they can help .

I would and I should, but it's such a minor issue and it's not causing any actual problems. One is dosing one whole milliliter of soda ash every two hours and the other just puts a few mls of RODI into the CO2 scrubber. Nothing is going to change if the pumps run at 8:05 or 8:17.
But I still know I should since it could be something failing that could cause other issues (ie wrong dose, losing calibration) which could possibly all be getting some type of input from a timing chip/device/source.

When I wrote this post, I had looked at the app/firmware time, but didn't touch the 'time sync' button. That was enough to get them back on track.
I'll have to let them drift for a few days and then, mostly out of curiosity, see what happens if I only look at that info for one and not the other. In fact, I'm going to guess just logging into the app, doing nothing and closing it will update them.

It happens to me too, kind of frequently I guess, seemingly when I dont log in for a few days.
I just log into the app and "sync time", and its fixed.
