So I've been running my tank manually for over a year and recently started adding some of the essentials everyone recommends. I'm a young guy but I feel like an old guy because I hate technology.

First thing I did was put my nopox on a kamoer x1, as that dose has been constant for a long time.

How much of a swing in calibration does everyone Generally see in dosing pumps. Mine swung from 37.8 ml a minute to 39. Feel like I'm regretting this

Can’t answer your question directly because I don’t own a dosing pump, yet. However, the change you describe is only about 3%. Over what period of time did this occur? The manufacturer recommends recalibration every 4-6 weeks.

Even if this happened over the course of a day or two, I don’t consider this to be terrible. I dose by hand and I’m probably +/- 10% by eye, so a pump that is inside +/- 5% seems pretty good to me, especially at volumes measured in 10ths of an mL.

Take this with a grain of salt, I could be TOTALLY wrong here. Perhaps many pumps have the super-accuracy/consistency that you’re going for, but I’m considering the X1’s myself, and what you have voiced as a concern actually might make me finally pull the trigger, as I would consider these accurate enough for me.
