Kamoer X4 Doser Help

I've been using the Kamoer X4 for a little over a year now, I recently replaced the heads on it. I've attempted to recalibrate the four dosing heads. However, when I use the app to calibrate them, the pump will run far longer than I have it set for. I end up having to press stop. This prevents any sort of calibration. I have attempted to upgrade the firmware and this has also been unsuccessful based on the instructions from Kamoer. Does anyone have any ideas on the next steps? I have emailed Kamoer regarding both issues.
