I recently bought a Kamoer x4 doser to start the Triton method. It seems well made and my initial WiFi connection through the app, pump calibration and programming went just as shown in the online video. I did have one problem with it losing connection to my WiFi after sitting idle a couple of weeks waiting for my dKH to get down to 8. Finally had to do the 'reset WiFi procedure' (remember to also power down about 15 seconds after that) and then do the original WiFi setup again. Seems to be staying connected since. My question is - what does the Kamoer x4 do about doses missed while power is off to the unit? I have mine powered through my Apex controller which shuts off power if pH gets over 8.5 as a safety measure and also during feed cycle since return pump is off for 15 minutes. I wouldn't want it to make up missed doses due to high pH but I don't want to miss doses during feed cycle. If needed I can just set some tighter parameters on when I feed to avoid crossing dosing times and thus missing doses, but it would be good to know how the equipment handles this situation anyway. It does keep track of time and dosing programming while power off so potentially it also 'knows' it missed doses. Anyone out there know how it handles this?

Anyone familiar with this doser and how it handles doses missed during power off?

Haven't ever used one of these, but here's a free bump. #reefsquad
