Kamoer XS2R AWC pump

Hello and happy new year,
I recently helped someone setup the kamoer XS2R auto water change pump. It's a nice unit and very accurate.

My question/problem is setting the pump head speed. It's not allowing me to adjust above 300rpm and can't go above 977.1 ml/min flow rate. Adjusting via the app and get the error message:
" value must be less than300"

Thoughts and or fixes for this? The manual states it can be set higher than the values I have put in...
