Kaomer dosing help

Hey all, I recently ordered a kaomer x1 pro dosing pump and i got it all set up but it isnt actually dosing? Hopefully someone bas experience because it looks like a nightmare to get ahold of the company. This is what my setup looks like. Maybe i did something wrong, who knows. Its been up for about 3 hours now so theoretically it should have dosed 2-3 times already

I have the bluetooth version so things seem to look just a little different, but here's what I've got setup for having three dosings per day.

The Remain value seems to indicate that it is running its schedule.

Have you observed the doser to not be running at the set dosing times in the plan?

Yea i got it figured out. Forgot to prime it
