Keep fish jumping out of tank

Any suggestions for keeping fish hopping out of tank? Any suggestions besides egg crate covering tank? I have a 58 gallon oceanic with refugium hanging from back of tank. Have had the fish tank for20 years. Recently got an AI led and love it.

Have you tried one of these? I use this kind on my Red Sea but I believe you can make them fit most tanks.

I use the BRS 1/8" mesh screens for my tanks. Just made my own tops with screen frames from home depot. I have had gobies make it through the openings of egg crate. BRS also has 1/4" mesh if you don't want to go all the way down to 1/8"

I use the 1/4 BRS clear mesh also works well.
