Stomatella varia. A very good hitchhiker that will breed in your tank!

lotaElwyn I have only had my tank for about 3 months. I noticed one about a month ago, it hitched a ride from somewhere, and today i have seen 5.

If you feel they are getting out of control offer them to local reefers. They are great scavengers.

Nothing wrong with 5 of them. You can sell those babies to the locals.

There's nothing wrong with a hundred of them. Lots of different critters eat them, though.

I'm jealous..I had one as a hitch hiker a long time ago..but with just one he never multiplied. Like everyone else said, they're great cleaners...you would be amazed at how much they can eat.

There is no need to control them. If you really need to, just take them out and give them away. They're excellent to have in the tank.
