I have 2 32 Bio Cubes and both run at between 79 to 82 degrees if the lid it closed and lights on during normal hours. If I leave the lids open it gets down to 77-78.

My 90 gallon runs at about 76 without a lid.

I have looked into chillers and not sure if there are any other recommendations?

Before a Chiller I would try a fan. I had some heat issues with my office biocube and found that I could add a Zoomed Aquacool fan through one of the holes in the back. this lowered the temperature about 3-4 degrees.

nice thanks

If you need help finding out how to add the fan I can try and explain. The biggest disadvantage to the fan is that it makes opening and closing the lid difficult.

If you are keeping a tropical reef, those temps are fine. If you do a little research you'll find some find an advantage to running a little warmer. Certainly anything 80 or below should be of no concern.
