So I saw this idea before were people but them in this glass with bio balls below it good or bad idea within the tank?

I’ve seen a ceramic rock that someone on here sells that they apparently enjoy putting their foot into making it “easy to move them around the tank” - similar to this idea. In my opinion, in the end the nem will move wherever it wants and you either get lucky or not

My big issue with it is since it’s glass it’ll get alage growing on it and there will be no way to scrape it off like i do when it’s on the glass
