Anybody keep a long tentacle anemone in their mixed reef? I have one and I just started adding some sps aside from some zoas, lps, and a leather coral should I think about getting rid of the nem? For the most part he’s only move around on the bottom of the tank nowhere else. Would like to see some pics if your keeping one in your tank.

LTAs like to be in the substrate, so unless you have a bunch of corals on your sandbed I'd say you're pretty safe

Only have the leather and candy cane on the sand bed everything else on the rocks. My fire clown won’t be too happy if I removed the nem. Good to hear that I would be able to keep him

I have 2 in a seriously mixed reef and about 14 in a nem only tank. Most of my LTA prefer the end of light and lower end of flow. Mine reside in a nice little cove I made just for them when re-scaping the tank. Been there for a little over a year and have only moved a little this way or that way in that spot.

Center left is where the LTAs are.
