Keeping mexican turbo snails alive after ugly stage

Once the ugly stage ends and coralline dominates what do I do to keep herbivorous snails fed? I would like to keep my coralline once I get it. Will I be able to supplement them with algae wafers or will I need to get rid of them? I have a Mexican turbo snail currently in my 75. My tank is exactly 3 months old as of today. It took forever but green algae has become dominant in my system. If the green algae explodes I would likely get a couple more.

If you have lights on algae will grow. They will find some.
