Keeping Rock Nems - What do I need to know?

IMG_5590.JPG

I got my green flower stuck in the sandbed next to my Condy. I was thinking on moving one of them but neither anemone looks bothered and they have the chance to move if they don't like each other. My clown loves the Condy and does seem to mind brushing against the flower anemone. I got two more towards the top attached to live rocks.

Doesn't mind the flower I mean as seen with her touching the flower.

They tend to stay put. Some like the sand, others the rock. I kill all flow for 20 minutes and hold them in place for a few seconds. Then feed macrovore the first night so they know they're in a good spot! Here's my latest!

What kind of powerhead(s) and how much flow do you have in your tank normally? I want to dedicate my 750 to be a RFA tank (with fish of course) and heard they don't like a lot of flow and was told I don't need any powerheads.

The colors on mine have never changed, and the oldest is about 3 years old. I have had a couple move, but never detach and float around.
