Keeping thawed frozen food question.

I just got my first clownfish and am feeding him frozen mysis at the moment. I thaw the mysis in a little container with tank water and was wondering if keeping it in a sealed container in the fridge to use for a day or two after I thaw it is bad.

I thaw my frozen food in RODI water and keep it covered for up to two days in the fridge.
