Keeping your aquarium water Crystal Clear?

Battling dinos, so water is as dirty as can be. normally wc and carbon everyother week will keep the water pretty clean.

My water is clear but I wouldn't call it crystal clear. It becomes apparent when you look through the side of the tank (6') that it isn't crystal clear. But I don't use any mechanical filtration, uv, or ozone.

The water in both my systems is crystal clear

I use the X Filter rolller matts with 9 and 25 micron paper
Carbon run 24/7 and changed every 4 weeks
Powerful UV-C’s 24/7
Filter floss in the final chamber

I run carbon, UV, filter socks and dose KZ coral snow once per week - keeps the water clear

Activated carbon, 50 micron filter pads, bare bottom with my mp40s facing each other from opposite walls in the back bottom corner of the tank to constantly flush detritus out of the main display are what I employ to have crystal clear water. The pads do need constant cleaning/changing though and I don't mind not running any mechanical filtration at all in other tanks.

Oh yeah I have a lot of that too, the siphon is too weak to get detritus and a bunch got in on the live rock.

I run filter floss and dose phyto. I’ve never had an issue with clear water but after dosing phyto it looked even better!

My water is crystal clear. Never realized it's such an issue for people, because I'm not doing anything special

I guess the only thing I can think of is sufficient flow. Detritus won't settle and get disturbed in the tank, but rather settles in the sump.

E: I don't have a skimmer, am not running filter socks/floss, no UV or any of that stuff.

I just do water change every week for 40 liters. Mine is total 150 liters.
And I got a very big protein skimmer which is for 1500 liters.
My nitrate is 0-0.1
Phosphate is 0-0.003 ppm
And everything in my tank is seems to nice for 3-4 years.

Seven years ago I was able to achieve the effect when the fish seemed to float in the air.
I had an OptiWhite glass tank.
Here is the difference between glasses (my pic.), on the right OptiWhite:

My crystal water recipe:
1. Weekly change of 15% water. Water preparation for a change using Prime Seachem.
2. Cleaning glass before changing.
3. After water change, using Clarity Seachem.
4. Chemi pure Elite in a sump
5. Mechanical filtration using filter wool (change every three days).

Unfortunately now I cannot achieve this water quality. I now have a tank without a sump.
