OK, so cabbage tasting is good. Texture might have lots to be desired though. I would try it. Other possible uses hopefully are being looked into. Chicken feed possible one would hope.

Well, like kelp. Best places to try to use your local Japanese or Korean restaurant. I personally not say that it taste much like cabbage, more like other kind of seaweed.

One kind is very commonly eaten in Japan. I personally love it.
