The coral arrived today water parameters are good maybe it because i glued the coral idk what but its been like this since

Glue is really not necessary, these corals attach to anything. A small rubber band would do fine if your worried about it floating off.

Gluing not needed but elevate it in area of medium light and water flow

Normal for Kenya tree when it is upset, it should perk up within a couple of days.
I would be prepared for it to slime itself off the glue at some point. You could try a rubber band or a small cup of rubble until it attaches if that helps!
