I recently purchased a Kenya tree from my local fish store. Was doing good for about 2 days and now for about to days it's all bent over? I acclimated for hours with a drip and my parimiters are all good. PH:8.2 ammonia:0 nitrate and nitrite are both 0. Any ideas? Right now my ocean revive led's are at 25%white and 40%blue

Can't tell how close that other coral is but I would give the tree a few more days before worry. Those guys are super hardy

I think give it time...i barley acclimated one that came in on a frag...he fell in the rocl...lost em...then 3 months later there he is lol i wouldnt worry yet

Can someone advise? Tree has now fallen off of the frag and is still all dropped over. Any advice here? Once again all water parimiters are stable

That thing grows like weeds. It will be perfect all tall and full of life then out of nowhere it will retract and droop like that for a few days to a week and start dropping limbs and will spruce right up again. Those fallen limbs will float around the tank and attach to rock and start growing like crazy. This is my experience with them. Had for about 7-8 months before it got out of hand and got rid of it entirely

I took a rubber band and tied it around my leather coral and rock to hold it down. After a couple weeks it attached itself to the rock and I took the rubber band off

Mine didn't really start to do well until I put a pretty heavy flow on it. If not attached to the frag base anymore just glue it back on. You can use superglue. Mine fell off the frag base as well and I just wedged it in a gap in the rock and after a few days it attached.

How old is the tank? You are using RODI water, right? What about alkalinity level? And salinity?

Here is the deal, I recently went from a 75g tank and moved so I bought an IM nuvo 40g to house my livestock until my new house is ready. Used 3/4 of the water from the 75g which has been up and running with great success for about 3 yrs. once I got my nuvo up and cycling, took tests and were;

PH:8.2
Ammonia:0
Nitrate: about 5ppm
Nitrite:5ppm
Calcium: was high over 500
Salinity:1.26

I don't think I have a alk test kit in my reef kit from Api and I remember my phosphate and hardness were fine.
I am using RODI water with brand new filters and resin.

All my 4 fish seem to be doing fine as well as all my corals with the exception of my Kenya tree and NOW my zoas.
