Kenya Tree Help!

My kenya tree has been leaning over like this for a couple-weeks now. This has happened before but it usually would correct itself after a day or two and be fine for awhile. Anyone have advice or know what's happening? Is it dying? The other coral seem to be thriving.

the stalk looks rather long. maybe it's trying to fall over and connect to the rock and create a split

Its a pico tank and doesn't have much room to lean and split, should I remove it from the tank and try something else?

Those suckers get big. It probably isn't the best bet for a Pico. It looks like it's searching for light in my opinion.
