Kenya tree problem?

Have one frag and one colony of kenya trees. One is doing great other one has been slumped over for 2-3 days. I realize that kenyas do this for no reason sometimes. But is this a problem from the picture?

Generally due to lack of water flow, lack of iron in the water and too much light.
If it gentle bursts with a turkey baster which should perk it up

Ok awesome, pumped up the wave maker and then its started standing up again.
