Kenya Tree Vs. Acro

My Kenya tree which unfortunately is my wife's favorite coral has grown so much that it is now getting very close to having the top of it brushing against an acro in the current. Will this be a problem for the acro?

sure it could irritate, id lop that arm off with a pair of scissors and be done, and have before many times.

I would also cut the Kenya tree off the rock or move it if you can. Or you could cut the top off and frag it. Then you have two favorite corals for your wife.

Yeah I will lop off the top but I will not be placing it in the tank. Maybe the LFS will let me trade for a snail or something.

I find with SPS little things like that if ignored can cause a big problem. It might not cause anything but I don't like risking it when it comes to sps.
